We encourage you to feel comfortable using your credit card to conduct commerce on our site. If you wish, you may also send us a Postal Order (only) or a personal cheque. Personal cheques will delay your order as we must wait for your funds to clear before we ship any merchandise.
Please allow an additional 7-10 business days for shipping of your merchandise if paid by personal check. To order by cheque, just print the order form with your shopping cart contents from the order confirmation page and complete the necessary fields, then mail the form.
Return / Refund Policy
Unfortunately because we are a bakery we can not accept returns. However, if there is a problem we would like to know and we will work with you to come to a satisfactory conclusion. Orders cancelled 24 hours prior to shipping will be charged a $ 10.00 service fee. This does not apply to Hand-Decorated Cookies or Occasion Cakes due to the time and labor involved in these artistic gems. 48 hours cancelation notice prior to shipping is required for Hand Decorated Cookies or else you will be fully charged. Three days cancelation notice is required for a 70 % refund on an Occasion Cakes. There is no refund if less than three days notice is given, as the cake will already be in progress.
Due to UPS's processing -delivery charges are calculated by UPS on a product basis. Please make note of the delivery charges associated with each item. For local deliveries, charges are based on mileage/time, and more information can be located on the Occasion Cakes page.
Goods are charged at the price shown on the product pages, on the date the customer places the order and are exclusive of VAT. Prices are correct at time of publication. Errors and omissions are excepted. Orders will be processed at our published prices, otherwise, in the case of any unexpected change in price, you will be informed and asked if you wish to reconsider your order before proceeding.
If we should receive a complaint about any part of our service, by phone, fax, e-mail or letter, it will be dealt with promptly (we will reply within 5 working days), confidentially, and effectively. Our highest priority is your satisfaction and confidence.
